R4 ds game card, chip error?

r4 ds game card, chip error? I have an R4 game card for my nintendo ds, and it has around 30 games on it, I’m not sure why but when ever I put it in my ds it comes up a black screen with SD/TF card error of something like that.. Is it broken???
